The beginning of a great looking lawn starts with the ground preparation. We offer a full ground preparation and turf laying service from start to finish ranging from £12 – £15 per square meter depending on how much preparation is needed. That service usually consists of the removal of the old lawn by a petrol turf cutter if the ground is fairly level or by rotovating the old lawn if its too uneven to be cut off.
TURF CUTTING AND ROTOVATING
We would then rotovate the soil, re level and re compact ready to use as a sub base. After that we then add a quality screened weed free topsoil and sometimes a pre turf fertiliser depending on which brand of turf we are going to be laying to ensure your new turf gets the best possible start prior to laying the new lawn.
DISPOSAL AND RECYCLING OF OLD MATERIALS
At Level Lawns & Landscaping we try to do our bit for the enviroment by recycling most of the waste materials we remove from the customers property, old lawn turf, excess soil and hardcore will all be put through diffent machines and made usable again.
